Leadership Philosophy Paper

Sitting down and actually organizing a leadership philosophy was really helpful for me. I used this piece to assess what I value most about myself as a leader. It required a lot of self reflection, and I believe what I created was an easy to follow set of rules and steps to achieve my leadership goals in a variety of scenarios. It is adaptable to any group, organization, or project, and I believe citing Phil Jackson as an example of my leadership style provides a true path to greatness and success.
