I want to include the Policy Brief that I worked on in my PLCY100 course. I feel that this is the best representation of the shift that Public Leadership has provided within me to focus more on government and policy leadership. This class teaches students how to properly analyze public policy and covers the key steps in making meaningful change in the public sector. In this paper, I analyzed our current healthcare system in America and outlined some key problems therein. I then provided some previously proposed solutions to the problem, and finally gave my own policy recommendations. Completing this assignment required a lot of research, effort, and personal reflection, and I hope that this exercise in policy analysis will be a springboard into pursuits
